"I purchased our house with the Hauk pool in Sept 2025. (Never owned a pool before.) Henry Waller is our weekly pool maintenance person. Henry does an excellent job. He is always cordial and helpful. The other day, I had a problem with my spa water draining. Jared, pool service manager, came out the same day, identified the problem, and explained how the system works. Everything is back to normal. Both service people were great, could not recommend them more."

"This was our second pool build with Hauk and the experience exceeded our expectations. Tim our designer was great to work with and was very patient in helping us perfect the design. The build process was extremely smooth – Brock our construction manager was the absolute best. There was constant communication and updates throughout the process. We brought a few small items to Brock’s attention during the build and he was very quick to contact the various trades to have the items corrected. His follow through on punch list items following pool completion was timely and thorough. Jimmy the lighting guy designed a fantastic lighting package for the stone walls and outdoor kitchen/structure. The pool was completed ahead of the initially proposed timeline which is impressive given that current state of the construction industry. Thank you for a smooth process, and a special thanks to Brock for his attention to detail, and for getting this done so quickly!"
